I recently visited Royalton Punta Cana to check out the resort for destination wedding clients. I must tell you they didn’t disappoint. The resort has so much to offer and I’ve definitely added it to my preferred wedding locations list.
Let’s start this blog post with a look at the bridal room. It’s an absolute perfect location for the bride and her bridesmaids to prepare for the ceremony. The staff takes great care of the bride she gets ready to say I do.
After learning about the options it was time to view the resort and some wedding locations. We’ll start with a couple of indoor locations. I know most brides don’t go to the Caribbean to get married indoors. However, if you prefer the comfort of an air conditioned location this may be perfect for you. Worst case these locations can act as a back up plan in case of bad weather. I really like the first picture because the full window brings in a lot of light and gives you the feel of being outdoors. The flower pedal runner comes in many colors and I love how it. This blue runner looks great inside or out on the beach!
This beautiful couple choose an indoor location with air conditioning as well. This location is perfect for about 50 guests.
Next let’s take a look where most brides prefer to get married when having a wedding at Royalton Punta Cana… THE BEACH!!!! I love this spot. The swaying palm trees with the sand and Caribbean Sea in the background make for a perfect location. This is my favorite location. I also love the fact that the board walk keeps the bride out of the sand making for a much easier walk down the aisle in the shoe’s of her choice! The decor for with set up is mostly white with a hint of red. You’ll notice the white flower pedal aisle runner. Remember we customize the wedding for whatever you like so colors are selected by you.
For a couple that likes the idea of an outdoor ceremony, but prefers to be in the shade, they may really like this next location. The pool surrounds the wedding ceremony area (which gives great water views in your wedding photos) and the entire area is shaded by a canopy. The area is huge so it’s a perfect option for large destination wedding groups.
It’s a neat location. You can have your ceremony on one side and than cross the boardwalk for your cocktail hour on the other side.
Here is a nice gazebo (even though I never saw it set up for a wedding). You can use your imagination to see how nice it could be, especially for a smaller wedding group.
If you like privacy, you’ll love this next location. It’s set on the back side of the resort and is very secluded. It’s a large area and can accommodate large wedding groups. The entire area is surrounded by beautiful gardens.
After the ceremony it’s time for your reception. Here are a few locations for you to consider.
Next it’s time for your honeymoon! Royalton decorates your suite as you begin your honeymoon! You’ll love the fantastic breakfast in bed on the first morning of your honeymoon.
Give me a call to discuss your destination wedding.
